Need to return something?


You may return your purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:

• We sent you the wrong item (even exchange only)
• The item is physically defective (even exchange only)
• The item is no longer desired (subject to a 15% restocking fee)

How much time do I have?
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment, excluding warranty claims. Warranty claims may be received up to the last date the warranty remains in effect and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.

What do I need to do?
You will need to request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Hi-Tec Designs . All items must be returned in their original condition (including all components).

Please note: No items will be accepted for return without an RMA number.

We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping when you send us your return. Hi-Tec Designs will not be responsible for any returns lost during delivery, damage to items in route, or delivery charges.
